NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS TODAY,LETS HANGING "LOOSE"

no matter what happens today,am going to be willing to "hang loose".               Many of us believe that we are born with an "uptight" gene,destined to develop conditioned reflex behaviors where we become "uptight"around each and every stressful event that we face.           Let us remember that any point in lives we can choose to "hang loose" or rather become "uptight".                       TODAY AM GOING TO BE PLAYFUL AND LOVING RATHER THEN HIDING ALL MY THOUGHTS IN MY WORKAHOLISM............................ PERHAPS IT IS BETTER TO GO THROUGH LIFE BEING PLAYFUL THEN AS WORKAHOLIC.       There a many of us who hide our thoughts from ourselves by spending all of our time working.It is important to have a balance,and not be over serious and uptight all the time LET us learn to let our hair down.                                            A TRULY CREATIVE PERSON,RIDS HIM OR HERSELF  OF ALL SELF-IMPOSED LIMITATIONS.                                      THIS IS THE DAY I WILL OPEN MY HEART AND MIND TO THE FIRE OF CREATIVE ENERGY BY LETTING GO OF ALL MY SELF-IMPOSED LIMITATIONS.                                         Today we can let go of all our old beliefs,of what we think,we think we can or cannot be or do.USING a paint brush we can paint a picture of what our hearts would have us to do to bring the most joy and love to the world and to ourselves and do it. This is day for empowering ourselves to not believe in the ipossible,but to believe in our dreams.TO BE SILLY TO GIGGLE AND BE JOY FILLED IS A CARDINAL SIGN OF MATURITY REVEALING,THAT YOU HAVE LEFT THE CHILD IN YOU COME OUT AND PLAY.TODAY I WILL BE WILLINGLY TO DO SOMETHING THAT IS SILLY AND OUTRAGEOUS AND WILL GIVE UP ALL MY OLD IDEAS ABOUT WHAT MATURITY MAY OR MAY NOT BE.                                 We live in a world that seem to attached to strange beliefs.WE belief that the older we get the more weight we should have in our shoulders.We believe the age process should bring more worries.We believe that it is only the young who can afford to be light-heartned and that with maturity comes the weight of the world in our shoulders.WE even tend to believe that maturity means more,accuracy in decide who is guilt or who is innocent.Today is to open the door to our heart and let our child come out to play.
