LAUGHTER AS THE BEST MEDICINE



if each of us believed that laughter was very bit important as eating,we would walk around much lighter,healthier and happier. Today am determined to have at least three meals of laughter a day,to keep the doctor away.              Let us not be so near sighted,that we miss the funny side of life. Let us concentrate in have a sense of humor today,and to have a willingness to laugh with passion.with all our bodies just like babies teaches us to do.And learn the joy of freedom  that comes with laughter with all our beings.
