PEACE OF MIND

TODAY MY ONLY GOAL WILL BE : PEACE OF MIND.             A COURSE THAT WILL LEAD YOUR SHIP BACK SAFELY BACK HOME ,HAS THE DIRECTION OF PEACE OF MIND AS IT IS ONLY GOAL.                                                                      The way to peaceful day is not to have conflicting,multiple goals for ourselves,we can keep things very simple today,by having the singular goal of peace of mind and peace of god,where the means and the end are the same.                       justify anger,never bring us peace of mind.                                  i will remember that anger is part of our human condition,and is nothing to feel guilt about.When i feel anger i do my best to honor it to express it on a healthy ways and to see no value to hold unto it.                                                           Anger is part of our human process and it is neither bad no good.Is what we do with the anger that gets us into trouble.Denying ,repressing or dumping our anger onto others or ourselves,only causes more conflict.We need to learn to recognize when we are angry,and how to honour,explore and find healthy ways of expressing it; and t hen to detach ourselves from the anger,by no longer seeing value in hold on  to it,if u want to experience peace it is helpful to remind ourselves that we cannot be attached to anger and have peace of mind at the same time.
