LOVE YOURSELF

ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT CHALLENGES THAT HUMANS BEINGS HAVE IS TO LOOK AT THEMSELVES IN THE MIRROR AND SAY:  I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART,JUST AS YOU ARE.                                     I WILL DO MY BEST TO LOOK AT THE MIRROR AT LEAST 3 TIMES A DAY AND TELL MYSELF: "I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART".                        Many of us does not love ourselves unconditionally,we do not accept ourselves,and think that we would be more lovable if our noses were smaller,our eyes were prettier,or that our complexion were of different color .But truth is......if we do not love ourselves first,as we are,no one else will! for love and accept one self is crucial to love and accept another as they are,for it is only by HAVING that we are able to GIVE.
