The really frightening thing about middle age,is that
you will know you will grow out of it"- doris day-

Middle age is that perplexity time in life when we hear two voices:
one saying : why not? and the other: why bother?- jean paul-

you will know when you are getting old:
your sight starts to fail
your skin dries up and sags
and your waist expand..
and your respect admiration and value towards babies and little children and nature..expands your understanding of yourself..when .you were there. -ME-
Growing old in the body is not the worse part of a biological life.in the body
but.not grow old in the mind and spirit...and be always..regressive.
for age is not numbers of years lived..and neither is youth or old age.
age is matter of mind over matter.
if you do not mind it..and look it.
it does not matter.

for most people ,once they are into their teens they want to grow up quickly,either by choices,or chances,whereas some others..never grow up.even at their ripe age of 50!
one is never too young that they cannot teach and be responsible,.and never too old that they cannot,enjoy life.
because .everything resides within ones mind and spirit
'it is too bad am not as wonderful a person as people say i am.because the world could use a few people like this.-alan ada-
'every generation imagine itself to be more intelligent than the one that went before it,
and wiser than the one that comes after it.'
