-ON AGING-
      


      Age is a question of numbers lived,or matters over mind
      if you dont mind it..it does not matters
      age is a question of appearance chronologic over appearance biologic
       you are as old as you appear to be and feel or expresses yourself to be
      it is not judged by physical appearances alone.it does not have to be this way.
       
    age is a dread conception,because nobody wants to be old.
    although if given a chance.all wants to live longer.
    age should  not be a high price to pay for MATURITY
    FOR MATURITY is not a synonymous
     for growing chronically old.

   Each has his past shut in him like the leaves
of a book known to him by heart and his
friends can only read the title
   
Beautiful young ppl are accidents of nature
but beautiful old people are works of art.
  
Men do not quit playing because they grow old
they grow old,because they quit play.

while there is snow in the roof
it does not mean that the fire has gone out the furnace

and in the end it is not the  years in your life
but the life in your years that counts
     
you are as young as the last time you
change your mind.
 i ve wasted my time
and now..do time wasted me

There is no old,but the ageing young person

Time goes by ,reputation increases and abilities decreases

First you forget names,then you forget faces
next you forget to pull your zipper up
and next to pull it down.
age is no guarantee of maturity
and no youth of innocence.
Old age like everything else
to make a success of it
you got start young.
 if wrinkles should be written over yr brows
let them not be written upon your heart
so that the spirit shall never grow old.
cherish all your good moments
they make a fine cushion for old age
if it not a question of staying healthy 
it is aquestion to find a sickness you like
to me old age is always someone who is 15 yr older than i am 
when i was young i was called a rugged individualist
when i was 50s an eccentric
here am doing and saying the same things i did
and then am labelled senile
it is not all bad this getting old
ripening after the fruit has got its growth
it got juice up and mellow
god forbid i should live long enough to ferment
and rot ,and not fall to the ground in a squash.

age is not important unless you are a cheese or wine
one of the good things about getting older
is to find that you are more interesting 
than the people you meet.
it is very strange that the years teaches us patience
that the shorter our time,the great capacity to wait
you cant reach old age by another s man road.
 the dead might as well speak with the living
as the old to the young in the same language.
i used to dread getting older because i thought
i would not be able to do all the things
i wanted to do.
now am older i find that i dont want to do them

if you live long enough the venerability
fact creeps in: first you are accused of things
you never did,and later credited for virtues
you never had

age with acceptance and grace
is what all people should aspire.
